5 Ways to Get Active Today

  1. Take the dog for a walk (or a run) to get both of you worn out

  2. Wake up 30 minutes early for a sunrise yoga session

  3. Walk instead of driving or if you have to drive, park in the back of the lot for some extra steps

  4. Grab your bike for a ride around the block

  5. Find an at-home workout video online and break a sweat without even leaving the house
